As Bath Hospital Radio looks forward to celebrating its 50th year on air, it has unveiled a new look.
The station which broadcasts to the Royal United Hospital and Royal National Hospital for Rheumatic Diseases as well as online is launching a new logo and website as it heads towards its half century.
The new website is being launched just days before a special weekend of live programmes on Friday 31 May and Saturday 1 June which marks the start of the radio station’s anniversary year.
“Our new logo and website are the first in a series of exciting developments planned during the next 12 months, our 50th anniversary year,” said Ian Martin, chair of Bath Hospital Broadcasts Society, the charity responsible for running the radio station.
Other developments planned include the introduction of more live request shows, new programmes and new voices as the radio station relaunches its 24 hour, seven day a week schedule later this year.
